Health Practice Guide

Practice feeling at home in your body. Begin with a simple revision example, then try the free Always Been Healthy meditation.

What “Always Been” means

Perhaps an ordinary sensation quickly becomes a whole story about what must be wrong. This practice gives you a quiet place to experience another inner position, alongside the practical care your body needs.

“Always Been” names the position you enter in imagination. You do not have to prove it from your history. Neville Goddard’s revision means revisiting an experience in imagination and experiencing it as you would have wanted it to unfold.

You are choosing what you return to inwardly, while remaining clear about what happened and what you are revising.

Try a fifteen-second scene

Imagine an ordinary morning. You stand in your kitchen, feel a warm cup in your hands, and look toward the light at the window. Hear yourself say, “I feel at home in my body.” Spend about fifteen seconds experiencing that ease.

If an ordinary moment of bodily worry comes to mind, revisit it in imagination as you would have wanted to experience it. If no memory comes, consciously create the scene above. A created scene helps you enter a state; revision specifically revisits an experience. No matching health history is required.

Use The Framework during the day

  1. Reveal. Notice when attention becomes a running argument with your body. What state are you living from, and what are you expecting next?
  2. Release Authority. An experience can need attention without becoming the whole definition of you. Notice the meaning you have added to it.
  3. Occupy. Return to your short scene. Experience the warmth of the cup, the familiar room, and the feeling of being at ease in your body.
  4. Stabilize. When the old story returns, recognize it and choose again. Keep the practice simple. You are learning a deliberate return, not demanding constant calm.
