What “Always Been” means
“Always Been” is the position you practice entering in imagination. These practices draw on Neville Goddard’s revision: revisiting an experience in imagination and experiencing it as you would have wanted it to unfold.
If nothing comes to mind
One ordinary experience is enough. If no memory comes to mind, begin with a small scene you consciously imagine. You do not need proof from your past to begin.
