Each practice includes a 20-minute version for active listening, a 60-minute immersion, and an 8-hour version for overnight listening.
How to begin
“Always Been” names the position you practice entering in imagination. You do not need a matching memory from your past to begin.
Choose one state or recurring pattern and begin with its 20-minute practice. If a recording asks you to recall a moment and nothing comes to mind, begin with one small scene you consciously imagine. The longer recordings are options, not stages you have to complete.
During the day, notice when the old state returns and use The Framework to choose again. Return to the practice as useful.

Stability and Wealth share Always Been Certain, Always Been In Control, and Always Been Supported. If you own Wealth, Always Been Safe and Always Been Calm are the two additional practices here.
