How to begin
You can begin with Awareness or choose the practice that speaks to what you are working on. Stay with one long enough to become familiar with it; you do not need to work through all five in a prescribed order.
During the day, use The Framework to notice where you have returned, release the authority of the old state, and choose again. The recordings provide guided practice; returning remains something you can do throughout your day.
